Terms of Use

You are agreeing to these Terms whether or not you have read them. A link back to http://www.pixeltreats.net MUST be on each page you use ANY of the graphics from here. These Terms are subject to change at any time!I will NOT accept rude emails from ANYONE! If you have a problem then please come to me so we can resolve any issues like adults.

I reserve the right to change my terms from time to time.

Adoptables are only to decorate your website. Link-back is required.

Payments are made through PayPal only in US funds. There are no refunds once you are sent your log-in info.

You can not share your information with anyone. You have 7 days to put your logo on your Web or your membership will be suspened until you have it up and linked. If you membership expires, you still need to need to have it linked as long as you use items from my site.

You must join the Google group before access is granted.

You are not allowed to share log-in info or passwords. If this happens, membership will be terminated with no refund or notice.

Membership is for one site only. If you use anything on this site, you MUST link back to www.pixeltreats.net

TUBES: You can make sigtags, websets, adoptions, Incredimail, or Outlook for free or profit as long as you link back to the orginal makers and the person who tubbed them. When making sigtags, you must add more then 3 pieces to it. Have fun with it and make it your own. What you can't do: Modify the tubes, or change the colors. (unless you own a re-color license.) Use tubes or outlines to make tutorials. If in doubt, please ask me. =0)

LINES: You may tube them for end-use only, unless you have a tube license. Then you can tube them for your protected member's area.

Tube License: Allows you to pixel lines, so you can turn them into tubes. You can tube the pixels for your protected member's area. You must have the tube license on every page that you turned the lines into tubes. Please link it back to www.pixeltreats.net

AsIs License: You can turn my lineart into tubes and sell them or use them in your member's area AsIs.


Sig Tags: You may order up to 7 a week. They are for you only and must be linked back to my site. The siggys must stay in tact. No taking out bits or pieces. You get the drift. lol


I do not require access to your member's area unless I suspect my terms have been broken.
